Telgorithm Subprocessors

Telgorithm engages the Subprocessors listed below to Process Customer Personal Data in connection with providing the Services, as described in the Telgorithm Data Processing Addendum (the “DPA”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the DPA.
Under Section 1.7 of the DPA, Participating Carriers, aggregators, telephone number providers, and other telecommunications providers that originate, transmit, route, or terminate communications sent or received through the Services are not Subprocessors and are not listed on this page.
Telgorithm updates this list before a new Subprocessor begins Processing Customer Personal Data, as provided in Section 2.4 of the DPA.

| OpenAI | Classification of message content flagged as potentially abusive. Off by default; enabled only for specific customers. Only message content is sent, with no phone numbers, subscriber identifiers, or account data. |
